Account Setup & Security

You need to provide accurate and complete details when registering at ACEPH. Only one account is allowed per person, and creating multiple accounts is strictly against the rules. Any violation may lead to all associated accounts being closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and overall account secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact our customer support team immediately. ACEPH may also request ID documents or other verification materials to validate your account.

Your Responsibilities as a User

All payment methods used on ACEPH must be valid and registered in your own name. Operating an account on behalf of another person or carrying out unauthorized transactions through a proxy is prohibited. Abusive, threatening, or deceptive behavior toward other users will not be tolerated.

Platform Usage Guidelines

ACEPH is meant purely for personal entertainment, so you may use the platform only for your own leisure and enjoyment. Any commercial redistribution or reuse of any part of the platform is strictly not allowed. You cannot copy, scrape, or reproduce any content, layout, or information found on the platform in any manner unless ACEPH has given its prior approval. Using bots, automated scripts, or other unfair technical methods to control or interfere with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to fix a match, collude with other players, or behave in an unsportsmanlike way is considered a serious violation. If ACEPH finds any of these, it can close your account immediately and you may lose whatever balance remains.

Payments, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial activity on ACEPH is handled in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposit and withdrawal amounts have minimum and maximum limits, and ACEPH can adjust those limits whenever necessary. Approved payment methods are accepted, and the full list plus current limits are always visible at the cashier. Take a quick look at the latest terms before making any transaction.

ACEPH may require identity verification before any withdrawal is processed, so keep your valid documents ready. If you played using a promotional deposit, that balance might not be withdrawable until you complete the wagering requirements tied to the promo. If a transaction is found to be fraudulent, the entire amount will be voided and ACEPH may coordinate with the proper authorities.

Guidelines on Account Suspension and Closure

ACEPH may suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, whenever it sees a valid reason to do so—including when these terms are violated. In most cases, any legitimate balance left in a suspended or closed account will be returned after proper verification. However, if fraud is involved, that remaining balance may be forfeited.

Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

ACEPH will not answer for any direct or indirect financial loss caused by using the platform, unless the loss clearly resulted from ACEPH's own negligence. All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the site are owned by ACEPH as its intellectual property. Using any of these without permission may lead to legal action.

The ACEPH platform may carry links to third-party services or external websites. ACEPH does not take responsibility for the content or the conduct of those outside resources. We advise every user to review the privacy policies and terms of third-party sites on their own before proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions are covered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, in line with ACEPH's PAGCOR-regulated operations.
